陈信元，上海财经大学会计学院院长，兼任会计与财务研究院常务副院长，博士，长江学者特聘教授。先后获得上海市劳动模范、教育部首届教学名师、全国“五一”劳动奖章，“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选等。主要研究专长为财务会计和公司治理。主编《会计学》、《转型经济的会计与财务问题》、《高级财务会计》等教材，在《经济研究》等重要学术期刊发表30余篇论文。主持完成多项国家和上海市课题，获三项国家级优秀教学成果二等奖
